Join us for a very special evening celebrating award-winning Sussex sparkling wines, hosted in partnership with the boutique, family-owned Mountfield Winery.

Nestled in the East Sussex countryside, Mountfield produces traditional-method English sparkling wines with exceptional depth and character — each bottle aged patiently on the lees for years to build complexity, elegance, and fine bubbles.

On the night, you’ll be guided through three standout cuvées, learning about the vineyard, winemaking process, and flavour profiles, while enjoying relaxed conversation and carefully chosen nibbles.

🍇 Wines you’ll taste

✨ Classic Cuvée
A beautifully rounded sparkling wine with ripe orchard and stone fruit on the nose, subtle almond notes, and a long, elegant finish with fine bubbles. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, aged an impressive 7 years on the lees.

✨ Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay)
Elegant and expressive, showing brioche and toasted almond aromas, creamy apple richness on the palate, balanced by citrus zest and minerality. This cuvée spent 8 years on the lees and was disgorged in February 2024 — a real treat for lovers of refined English fizz.

✨ Rosé Reserve
A vibrant sparkling rosé bursting with wild strawberry and raspberry, with a creamy texture and notes of bruised apple, lemon zest and toasted biscuit, finishing crisp and refreshing after 5 years lees ageing.

(All wines are produced using the traditional Champagne method and showcase the very best of Sussex soils.)
